Assar em forma retangular, untada com óleo e polvilhada com farinha de trigo, retirar do forno, e virar em cima de um guardanapo úmido. Espalhe uma camada de presunto, uma camada de mussarela, enrole com o auxilio do guardanapo e deixe enrolado no guardanapo até esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;Antes de rechear, passe o rolo de macarrão sobre a massa levemente, para que ela fique compacta e não quebre na hora de enrolar.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque em um recipiente próprio para rocambole, passe maionese em todo ele e cubra com fatias de mussarela. Eu coloquei algumas cerejas na decoração. Coloque na panela de pressão o feijão, sal, louro e a linguiça, tampe e cozinhe por 30 minutos. Coloque em uma frigideira o óleo e o alho, quando começar a dourar, coloque na panela do feijão, deixe ferver por mais 10 minutos, sem pressão e desligue. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido, 180graus, por cerca de 30 minutos, ou até que enfiando um palito no meio ele saia seco.
